Magus aquire Magic Book of Stars

Magus acquire the Star Grimoire

Star Grimoire (星劫の魔導書 - Hoshi kō no Madōsho - Magic Book of Stars), called also the Lost Spellbook (失われた魔導書 - Ushinawareta Madōsho) is a key item in Luminous Arc 3. It is a magic book used by the Holy Witch Siville over a hundred years ago and sealed by her in the Urgard Academy.

The Star Grimoire is written in an ancient language that not anyone can read. The only ones that could read it were Sara and Yuu (and possibly Valerie).

To find the Star Grimoire, a Magi with no magic attribute and an Egg Mushroom has to find six seals called keyboards and play them. Levi does it in Chapter 7 of the game. Then Magus has to overcome the "final trial", which is fighting the Holy Witch Siville's illusion and her servants - Kopins. Sara reads the part of the Star Grimoire that interests her and handles it to Instructor Valerie (which is very convenient plot-wise, but not very reasonable, considering Sara's love for books and the effort she had to put to obtain it).

In Chapter 9 Yuu reads the contents of the Star Grimoire to Magus by holding the Lapis in one hand and the book in the other hand. Some of the verses are:

When Angel descends, first will come the reversal of time. Then, the earth will be enveloped in Twilight and the Judgement will fall.

It means that Judgement of Time will follow after the advent of Angel Miria and reversal of time.

The Twin Lapis holds the Star Key and overthrows the time dyed in Twilight.

Magus interpretation of this text is that the Star Key can stop the Judgement of Time and the only one who can control the Star Key is the owner of the Twin Lapis (Levi).

Yuu can't read more of the Star Grimoire, beacuse the rest has been torn away. Sara isn't sure if that was the state in which she found it. Valerie assumes that the goal of Felicia is bringing the Judgement of Time, which is described as the end of the world in mythology. It is said that the legendary Holy Witch Siville and Anogia have saved the world from the Judgement of Time in the past (which later turns out to be inaccurate).
