Berua Village (ベルァ村 = Beru~a Mura) is a location in Luminous Arc 3. It's a village where Elle was living, before she moved to Urgard two years before the game takes place.
Every month, Elle goes to Berua Village to visit her mother, Martina and to take her monthly portion of the anti-seizure medicine her mother prepares to help Elle's illness. At one of those visits the Berua Village gets attacked by Felicia, which happens in Chapter 2 of the game.
In her second Intermission, Fortuneteller Samantha foresees the attack of fish-like Felicia on Berua Village. Magus save the villagers again, including Rika and her mother.
